The copse might have trouble tracking them down. They don’t have dogs but they do have bark.

I learned something this morning. I’ve been mispronouncing “copse” my entire life. Not that I ever once had to say it out loud.

They might keep a log of the event.

They’re making a grove mistake.

The copse might try to root them out.

Run forest run!

They’ll just have to branch out to try to find them.

They can probably just lumber away.

they better hope those aren’t whispering pines…

At least they have a good lookout man. He can see he forest through the trees.

I like to think I’ve got a decent vocabulary, but I have to admit: I had to look this one up!

It seems the artist, when drawing the trees, used the “cop”-y and paste method.

I just noticed the littles stars on the trees. They’re offoresers.

It is the forest rangers.

If the copse can sneak up on them, these guys are in the wrong line of work. Besides, everyone knows, crime doesn’t pun.
