This reminds me of Edgar Buchanan in the movie “Texas”. He told anyone that came into his Dentist office for any reason, that they had a bad bicuspid, and would start working on it. He even managed to do the same to a guy whose “bad bicuspid” was the one that he had “fixed” before!
