Our high school had a really stupid rule one year (thankfully to me, it was the year after I graduated). They had ASSIGNED SEATING for kids in the study hall! That was the principal’s idea of keeping track of the kids. He had been principal of a reform school before and treated us like we were reform school kids. So kids had to go in and see where they were supposed to sit. My brother would look to see where he was supposed to sit and would intentionally sit someplace else in protest of that stupid rule. So every day, he would get called into the assistant principal’s office for sitting in the wrong seat. He was quite proud of getting called into the office every day. He has Nerwin beat BIG TIME for being called into the office!
I’m pretty sure Calvin (Calvin & Hobbes) or Nate (Big Nate) holds the record for being sent to the principles office, and it’s probably not a record that’s easy to break.

Sigh. That’s only 22 times in the year, or about two-and-a-half times per month in a nine-month school year. You can do better, Nerwin!
