My response to his Bangladeshi “Hello” was to answer in a heavy Russian accented English, “You have reached St Petersburg self help desk. How are you being serviced today?” This went on for about 90 minutes before I said I would have to ask my supervisor and get back to him. 15 minutes later I get a call back and I immediately answered "Department of Homeland Security, Cyber Crimes Divis-CLICK. I was so disappointed that I didn’t get to say the rest of my introduction…I’m still waiting for that third call back. :\
