I recently learned that ophthalmologists can treat people suffering from dry-eye by inserting tiny little plastic plugs to block the tiny ducts that drain excess tears from the eyeball. EYEPLUGS!!
In the retirement home where I used to work we had a nurse who used to stomp in the rooms, singing/ yelling this exact part of the song for to wake up the residents. She sounded like the strip indicates that Broom Hilda does.
