It it weren’t for people delivering papers from their cars and having them smack the concrete (hopefully) as loud as a gunshot, we could all sleep in. When I walk my dog early I tend to pick many of them up and put them on the porches for my neighbors. If they are old enough to want a printed newspaper delivered, they probably don’t need to go down a few stairs and bend over to pick it up.
