Buckles is right about the mattress. Since we spend approximately 1/3 of our lives sleeping, it behooves us to have a very comfortable mattress and pillow. It gives you better sleep than some lumpy thing. It’s a good investment. I’ve been sleeping on my current mattress for 13 years and it’s still very comfortable.
