What year did Buckles start? Before Y2k? Interesting

The hype was worse than the bug!

Who remembers doing anything special for Y2K? I remember my husband and I going to a department store and him looking over some things but there was a sign up that said none of that stuff was returnable in case we didn’t lose power. We only ended up saving a lot of jugs of water but that’s it. Luckily nothing happened and we watched as each country observed midnight, there were fireworks and other displays.

Y2K was a big scam in my country . some software guys made easy bucks , and doing nothing but gaslighting.
