I have to agree with Girli. Growing up in the Midwest in the 60s, helium filled balloons might be found at the State Fair, but not often. I often wondered what was so “fun” about balloons. I saw my first helium filled balloon when I was about 8.
He blew the balloons with ‘Happy Birthday’ wrong-side up to him, but they ended up right-side round. Ummm… Okay, ‘cause we couldn’t have read ‘Happy Birthday’ upside down? 8^S
