Transcript:
calvin: i'm leaving out a sandwich for santa. dad: that's nice. calvin: what do you think he'd like with that? some milk? dad: i think "santa" would rather have a cold beer. mom from other room: DEAR! calvin: psst! wake up! it's christmas! hobbes: are you sure? it's still dark out. calvin: it's four in the morning! let's see if santa left our loot yet! hobbes: oh boy! calvin: we'll let mom and dad sleep another hour, but we can at least count all our packages. hobbes: i get to plug in the tree lights! calvin: ha ha! look at all this booty! let's see which ones are for me! hobbes: here's one for you....strange that santa would go to the trouble to wrap a box of coal. calvin: har har...here's one for mom...here's one for me...this one is for dad...hey, where are your presents? santa goofed up! hobbes: good thing we tigers are naturally gifted to begin with. calvin: MOMM! DAAAD! SANTA DIDN'T BRING HOBBES ANYTHING! mom: uh oh. think quick, dear. dad: it had better be a lot later than it feels like. calvin: well here's a present from me anyway. hope it fits. hobbes: the best presents don't come in boxes. i'll treasure this one forever.
Funny… Mom said the Santa that came to our house prefered whiskey… XD
