As I recall, most failures were due to weather, not critters.

Think you guys are missing Nab’s point – the leftist dire forecasts, here re GMOs, were wrong as always.

On the one hand, Calvin is right in the last panel. On the other hand, I don’t think God is interested in royalties. Or in royalty.

Want to smash into something at high speed, scientist? Use CERN’s LHC.

Calvin and Hobbes seem to have a very odd idea of what it means to be an actual scientist.

Creation in the hands of Calvin? Or in the hands of similarly positioned scientists? Nope— I’ll take either God or random “fate”!

Now why do you suppose God didn’t bother to patent human DNA?

Come on, guys! You have to admit Nab is entertaining, especially when he’s blaming many of the ills of the northwest on marijuana, very funny stuff! :-)

I still have the sled I had when I was little. I fabricated a padded box like seat for our oldest daughter when she was very young, so we could place her in the seat and pull her around in the snow!.I never understood why her mother wouldn’t let me put her in the thing and let her slide down a local hill… alone!(snerk)

Night-Gaunt49 said: “God” is random fate.Is that why people say, “Oh my God” when something random happens? There are some who would say that they used to think that God was nothing but random fate, until they had a chance encounter with God.

I have to hand it to Calvin. Very few kids his age don’t have huge ambitions to make the world a… (cough) better place.

God did parent, 99% of His kids refused to listen, then ran away “from home” (not heaven, but His authority) as rebellious teenagers. He’s been trying to get them to come home ever since.
