A bit early for dinner......But the metabolism should be revving for nutrients by 7:30...Keeping in mind. Of course, that I don't do grain's after 8:00pm. Cathy: Want to just meet for a drink? Irving (from phone): I hydrate every 25 minutes. What's good for you?
I’m glad I’ve proven myself as a good guy to this group. Otherwise, Irving would continually make guys look like total losers. At my very worst I’m maybe 1% loser. Irving, however, is off the scale.
Hiya KFG I’m with you on sleeping in. Normally I’m up at 5:30 a.m. (give or take). 8:30 or 9:00 is so much better, especially when waking to bacon and/or coffee smells.
