Cathy: I have 25 free minutes two weeks from today. Irving: No good. How about lunch in mid-April? The clothes say: "I'm available!" The hair says: "I'm available!" The palm pilot says:
Wow, look at Cathy! She’s looking pretty good here! Too bad she can’t get the rest of her life together.Good morning, Cathy clan!ORMouseworks – A Palm Pilot was the predecessor to smart phones. They were called PDAs (or Personal Digital Assistant).MayKitten – Good question! Sometimes we have a good crowd here, sometimes not. But ORMouseworks is right, we usually don’t have commenters here in the wee hours of the morning. Feel free to comment though, we’d love to hear from you!
Wow!!! Look how skinny Cathy looks here. Simply Fabulous!!! Now if only she’d keep it up so that she looked this good ALL the time . . . that would definitely be a shopping spree I’d approve of where this particular little shopaholic is concerned!!!!! ;-)
Hi, rgcviper!
Hello and Happy Monday, fellow “Cathy” fans. Hope everyone had a really nice day today.
Palms have been around much more recently than Palm Pilots. They were/are great. The Pilots were not phones, but later Palms were the first smart phones. I had a Palm Centro and husband wanted to get new phones 4 years later and I was refusing because they are so great. He had to go out and find me a “new” Centro (a couple of years after they were discontinued) that used a SIM card so he could switch me with it to another provider so he could get an Android. I still use it. It works great with Lotus Organizer another great product that disappeared, but loyal users still use. Every time he sits swearing at his Android and his Google calender, I smile at him and point at my Centro.

Try LOOKING at each other you two! (It’s only been 11 years since this comic appeared, but I’ve forgotten what a Palm Pilot is supposed to be!) =-O

Yup—I can relate to this one all too well.
Of course, the characters have taken the idea to the usual [eye-rolling] extreme, but it wouldn’t be “Cathy” otherwise, right?
HI, MOM. Hello, “Cathy” Clan.
Still missing our friends Aaron, Billy, and Koolfunkygrrl, wherever they may be …
