OMG, these two are off-the-charts crazy, but Cathy wins today’s gold medal. Why is Cathy scrutinizing, rating and assessing Irving so much? And then the poor guy inadvertently gives the same answer that she gave, and she didn’t like that? huge eye roll!!Hello Cathy friends!

@GretchensMom: See my long comment over at Calvin and Hobbes today. After yesterday’s inappropriate political comments, I’m hoping Calvin and Hobbes doesn’t lose more nice people like we lost you.

I think I will start celebrating Curmudgeons Day, too! I have been calling V-Day “Insincere Sentiments Day”, but “Curmudgeons Day” has a better ring to it. Thankfully. my hubby is willing to skip it. I wish I could say the same for my kids’ elementary school.

So . . . what, Cathy? Despite any other nice qualities Irving may otherwise have, if he doesn’t take you out to the fanciest, most expensive restaurant in town for Valentine’s Day, that means he doesn’t properly measure up in your eyes as far as being a good boyfriend goes? While Irving is certainly nobody’s idea of “Mr. Perfect,” that’s a pretty shallow way of looking at things — even for you!!!
