Cathy’s mom is dead wrong here. Cooking from scratch always tastes best, and holiday meals deserve that. (Okay, admittedly I love to cook. It’s still true though!)

How times change … In my opinion, though, folks ought to just do what makes them happy.

I do a mixture…I like some things from scratch, others from a mix. If I use a mix, I usually add my own goodies to it.
