Cathy: Why did I eat all those chips last ngiht?? Why? Why! Why? Wait a minute. Those were "soy and flaxseed multigrain tortilla chips." Each serving contained four grams of cholesterol-lowering dietary fiber... six grams of soy protein which help prevent heart attacks, strokes, cancer, osteoporosis, wrinkles and hormonal imbalance... 500 milligrams of omega-3 fatty acids from flaxseed that lower blood pressure, stabilize blood sugar, promote cardiac health, prevent arthritis, and improve memory, hair, nails, skin and eyes! I had at least seven servings! Yay me!! Bad. Good. Bad. Good. Dieting's new challenge: remorse maintenance.

And Cathy, since you ate so much “health” food, I think you should celebrate with a huge bowl of ice cream!

To bad we can’t find a way to make packing peanuts tasty. We could fill up on those get zero nutrition, few if any calories, and lose weight. On yeah, poop,

Funny how things often come full circle in life, isn’t it? Of course, it’s in an [eye-roll-y] sort of way here today, but I expect nothing less. Ha.

I think she sort of forgot to add up the calories. Maybe intentionally forgot…
Aack! More snow last night and today. The heavy wet stuff this time. We have already had a few roofs in the area collapse under the weight of the snow this winter. Seems we have had around 3 times the normal snowfall. Fortunately no one has been hurt although one family with small children had to be evacuated from their second story apartment by the fire department after the weight of the snow collapsed the roof over the external stairway – taking part of the stairway with it. A couple of farmers lost livestock when the barn roofs collapsed though. I hope all this snow starts to melt soon – but not too fast. We don’t need flooding this spring.
I hope everyone here is having a great day – with better weather.
