The tiny slider. The teeny hot dog. The beansy cupcake. The itsy-bitsy 100-calorie packs of chips, cookies, crackers, candy and ice cream. From a whole new world of innocent, irresistible mini-foods, a whole new body image: Cathy: It isn't "obesity"! It's "obese-ini"!
Sometimes a little of what I want to eat is enough. I don’t need a huge slice of cake or a double scoop of ice cream. The first couple of bites are the best ones anyway. Most people don’t appreciate or savor the ones after that as much.
