Great ideas, Cathy, but you’ve got to put them into action. Granted the muffin and bagel aren’t very good choices. Something with some fiber and protein will make you feel more full and help you get through those afternoon munchies.

If 3:00 p.m. munchies are a normal thing for her, you’d think she’d be smart enough to bring a snack from home rather than be willing to pay $50.00 for any kind of food that anyone at work would be more than willing to sell her for that ridiculous amount of money, wouldn’t you?
