Something sure tanked here

Actually, a tankini top IS loose and DOES hang down past the waist – if you get the RIGHT SIZE!

Most of the girls I swam with in Montana pretty much wore shorts and a tee shirt in the lakes and rivers. I miss those days and those girls.

From time to time I wish that I lived in the days when people wore those bathing suits that were clothing. They were pretty cute, although probably not much fun to swim in or to be in a hot, muggy place.

Considering that Cathy has no plans to go anywhere there is swimming it would work for her if the saleslady went over to the sweatsuit counter and picked one that is Cathy’s size and gave it to her calling it a swimsuit. That way Cathy would get the swimsuit she wants.

Moving a little better today. I am able to take a few steps without my cane. The muscle spasms have eased up a lot with one happening every now and again rather than with every move. Glad to be off the morphine – the pain is not bad enough now to justify taking it. Looks like the cruise is a possibility again. Going to miss the week in Banff and Kelowna though. I had to promise my wife we would do that trip and even add a week to explore more of the Rockies.

She went in looking for a swimsuit (maybe … ), and ended up wanting something a bit different. Hey—stuff happens.

I’m sun-sensitive and wear long-sleeve tops and ankle-length leggings, designed for swimming (no loose material to catch on objects). Sometimes from Land’s End, sometimes from Muslimyah stores.
