On every trip, I used to send a postcard or two to my mom. Now that she’s gone, I feel like my trips are missing something because I’m not sharing with her.
There are a lot of us who wish we could send a postcard or call our parent.
We did that every trip while our parents were alive. Invariably we would be back home for a week before the postcard was delivered. Still, the thought was there.

First call I made on my first Mobile Phone was to my Mom, from my car. She wasn’t impressed.

I can’t call mom nor dad. They are both in heaven.

Reach out while you can, and enjoy the interaction. It’ll make memories that last a long time.
