While there’s no doubt that exercise is good for you, it’s not a good way to loose weight. For a 100 kg (220 lbs) man like myself to loose 1 kg (2.2 lbs), he would have to walk for over 22 hours. A much easier way would be to stop eating things like chocolate and other sweets (Yeah… Like that’s every going to happen).
