While there’s no doubt that exercise is good for you, it’s not a good way to loose weight. For a 100 kg (220 lbs) man like myself to loose 1 kg (2.2 lbs), he would have to walk for over 22 hours. A much easier way would be to stop eating things like chocolate and other sweets (Yeah… Like that’s every going to happen).
I am sure Cathy’s 56 hour run won’t last 56 minutes – maybe 5 minutes.
I enjoyed watching the geese on our lawn today. There were about 200 of them resting and feeding. All Canada geese except one snow goose and I have not seen a snow goose here before.

You cannot run away from fat. It just makes you hungrier. Stick with regular exercise and reduce portions.
