They just made me enjoy my retirement a little more. I can do all those things in two days.

If you really wanted to spend time together, you would make the time

Ack! Seriously, ditch some of those unimportant time wasters.

So for Cathy, M-Sat. must be “Grab a Meal” all day, since Sunday is groceries & “cooking”. Unless her “cooking” entails meals she can just reheat during the week. That could work!

We have never once seen Cathy at church. I call shenanigans.

I agree with JosephShriver… if you want to spend time together, you’ll make it happen. Many of those things they could either skip every so often, reschedule, or do together. Go get dinner together, and you won’t have to cook for a day or so (if there are leftovers). Take both dogs to dog school, or take them for a walk together. It’s not hard. To me, this would be a sign that nurturing this relationship isn’t really a priority to either one.

Hello Cathy friends! Happy Tuesday! Have a great day, all!
