Once again, that is what cats do, if they do anything.

Film makers know how hard it is to work with cats. It was not uncommon to have to wait all day for a cat to decide to eat its favorite food for a 30 second commercial. In this area, cats are like children in that they do not perform their cute acts while a camera is nearby.

For example, I had a cat that insisted on walking on the rim of a clawfoot bathtub full of water on a regular basis. Sure enough the cat slipped one day and fell in the tub. The note worthy part is that the cat some how “bounced” off the surface of the water and jumped out of the tub and only had the bottom of her paws get wet.Was there a camera handy? No. Did she ever do that again? Of course not! An opportunity to have an amazing video came and went in the matter of a couple of seconds.
