Where I live I frequently ride a commuter train that comes out of a tunnel and runs parallel to a major highway. The train is flying along and the cars are at a standstill. I find that very satisfying.
I grew up in Los Angeles county and learned to drive on their freeways back in the ’60s. It always amuses me when people in other cities like DC or Kansas City bewail their “traffic.”

The town nearest me doesn’t even have a traffic light. Going for a ride is a great feeling…especially on my motorcycle. LA is not for me!

LA traffic. Enjoy the scenic view of your neighbor’s car and the fresh country odor of burnt hydrocarbons….
