    Sometimes it just doesn’t pay to think about things. Depression will suck you right in and leave you there!

    It was probably just a mood. Grieving is a process, but moods just come and go. It’s kind of like the weather in England… if you don’t like your current mood just wait a day or two and try not to rain on everyone else’s parade

    That is exactly how it works.

    You are going along, just doing life stuff, and something crosses your mind. Bang. Despondency.

    Even when you get over that your mood for the whole day is ruined.

    I often wake up at 2am feeling happy and can’t get back to sleep till I remember at least one thing to depress me…
