I’d rather have a view of the Mountains. They don’t regularly try to reach over and try to kill everyone in town. Sometimes, they get a little aggressive of course, but not regularly. (Hello hurricane season.)

What a great view, means you are going to be so broke paying for this house you aren’t gonna any were.

I love all the Friendly,Caring notices We get in the mail from Realitors that have all this Thoughtful Concern for Our Well Being and Future, so they are going to Do Us a Favor and Buy Our House out from under us. Just because they want to Help Us Out. Yeah ! They are going to Give Us Bottom Dollar, just enough to Pay-Off our Mortgage with not enough cash left to buy a new house and We Can Look Forward to Being Homeless and Go Live in a Tent in the Woods Somewhere. Yeah ! They are Really Only Thinking About Our Well Being and Future !!!! The last time I looked in the mirror I didn’t see STUPID tatooed on my forhead. :-)

In my town there’s a house advertised as “water front.” There’s a creek going along the back property line at the bottom of a thirty foot cliff.

Now, before I bring you back in, can we verbally agree on this sale?

My recorder is running, and my arms are getting tired.

If there’s no ocean view from the window, how could there be one from a lower vantage point?

I remember being in a hotel with and ocean view. You had to stand on the toilet and peek between 2 buildings.
