I dicthed that in 2003 and switched to high-speed cable. Then in 2006, to DSL.
Ah, yes. I remember Compuserve on the 28K dialup line, back when we lived too far out of town for cable or DSL.
My first modem was 300 baud. We’ve come a ways since those days. That was in the early 80s and instead of Internet we were calling local bulletins boards.
It’s okay she’s using a cordless phone - she’s not the plugger, her father-in-law is.
I’m a plugger and I’m flying on FIOS. What a plugger is is someone who just keeps plugging along, no matter what the obstacle.
