My question, who formed the National Procrastinators Society? Is the founder a member? Wouldn’t the fact that they went out and formed the society, automatically disqualify someone from being a member?

Maybe he founded the Society after not doing everything else he was supposed to do.

The Procrastinators Club of America is currently being operated by acting President Les Waas, Google him and the club.
