No!! He isn’t: he’s a mish-mash of several character types (O.K. maybe not all of them necessarily good…) and apparently, has his share of want-to-be-like-someone famous deeply ingrained within him……..

for me he comes across as a bon vivant everyman sort. Kinda like the “star” of this strip!!

Me too, I can never smile and always forget to wear nice clothes.

I never liked my pictures, either. And the one on my drivers licence, hoo boy! Awful. However, Erma Bombeck said if we look like our ID, we are ugly to start with.

But, it’s picture day and none of the guys are wearing ties.

As I recall, Nate was helping School Picture Guy with the kindergartners. Don’t remember anything specific, tho, that would be worthy of the guys’ HAHAHAHAHAing.

I had my school picture day about a week or two ago, we haven’t gotten our photos back yet.
