That only works when you are at the entrance to the parking lot to the mall. The traffic here might be somewhat lacking, unless he sticks his nose in the water.
Wiley! This is great! The expressions on all of the seals are priceless. There’s an aquarium near me (I live near a large bay) where several of the dolphins have picked up work this way. (The others are protesting at the lack of additional job openings.)
“NO ONE in the city would give anything to the “Homeless” with the signs for about 6 months afterward!”Also in St. Pete, a woman represented herself as having children who lived in the woods. Another woman got her an apartment, and, with the help of friends, got it furnished. The woman did not show up to inhabit the house, and it came out that there were no children. Now solicitation is not alowed on streets in St. Pete, sending a lot of people to Tampa. Homelessness is a very knotty, hard-to-deal-with problem. Many are mentally ill, often women are fleeing from abuse, etc. St. Pete has established a shelter upcounty, but there is still a lot of controversy. Things are worse, of course, during the recession.

Actually, he looks more like a sea lion than a seal. Seals have no external ears.

Hey! Is this a political cartoon and one has to substitute names?

I’m sure some of you have seen walrus rookeries off the CA/OR/WA coasts. Peee-YEWWW! Just don’t get too close!

Actually, the external ear pinnae and the fact that they’re standing up on their flippers would make them sea lions, not seals.
