“Bad Pun Alert” is meant ironically, of course. I love puns, “bad” or not - and this is a clever one.

Shouldn’t Sir Dudley run up the White Flag of surrender? Karma’s pun has clearly bested him in the verbal joust!

I think he’s feeling sick about the victory, is all. Or else he’s having sympathetic greenness with the faux fir…

Hm. Jaundice yellow, bile green? Is that it?

Real Christmas trees are a totally green crop that sequester huge amounts of greenhouse gases.

After christmas you should shred the tree to put in your garden as mulch, then you have no problems with the tree filling up the landfill.

Using real trees (especially locally harvested) is much more considerate to the environment.
