I agree. It made me question if Grandpa was Jeff’s grandfather or the girl’s grandfather.
Apparently they’re a family of magic dwarfs who’ll each live forever; maybe Broom Hilda is a distant cousin.
Hope you aren’t marrying the girl because of her inheritances.
The old joke is “my girl is a midget, and I’m nuts over her”. I think they slipped one past the censors.
That makes sense. The first panel was just a joke in itself.
I think they are his girlfriend’s grandparents. She’s a midget and they are all shorter than Jeff who is pretty short himself. The first panel sets up the strip, and as idarke says slips a gag in as well.
