Back when papers printed comics, artists submitted a week’s (or more) worth of comics weeks before the first one was to be published, and had to do it before a deadline. That was so syndicates could distribute them in weekly batches to papers, so that for example the comic for Wednesday morning’s paper could be typeset and printed Tuesday night.
Since GoComics is publishing Pandolph’s reruns, Pandolf should give GoComics ALL of his comics to date, so that GoComics can put each one up on its scheduled day.
I don’t see why I had to wait 3 days to see Saturday’s comic. Pandolph drew it 2-3 YEARS ago, and GoComics should already have it on disc.
This is a good one. If his wife ever watches the videotape of the birth, she’s not going to be happy about this phone call. I’m not really sure why people videotape this anyway - is this really something you want to watch? How about just videotaping the part after the baby’s all cleaned up and being snuggled by parents?
Oh I don’t know. I kinda like the part where the mom stands
straight up in the stirrups, her head spins around three times, and she points at the dad and says, “YOU DID THIS TO ME!”

I just think this is a hilarious cartoon. Again. Delores’s job offer in Barkeater Lake would have been memorable anyway, but this takes the cake.
