I think Rudolph is just taking out on Santa all the frustrations of those years when he was ostracized and called names and kept out of all the reindeer games….

Joe, I’m just glad the secular/commercial Christmas season is almost over so that we can celebrate the “real” Christmas season…

First a daytime collision with a UFO, and now this? This past calendar day’s been a tad rough on Fat Boy and Neon Nose alike. :))

Santa’s supposed to go down through the chimney no matter what, and which way he goes shouldn’t matter geometrically - so he should be stuck (or not) regardless of any Dear Little Cantaloupes Playing. :P

Rudolph, I hope that was worth it to you - and I look forward to having dinner with you. :) I’ll make sure that a friend (taxidermist and venison sausage maker extraordinaire) calls on the North Pole when the time comes…

Joe, I know what you’re trying to say here and elsewhere, and in principle I agree with that; but you don’t have your facts straight on the actual history either. You can take that assertion to the bank. There’s enormous confusion out there on Jesus’ birth because people either don’t know or else cannot or will not take into account all the relevant facts.

This isn’t the time and place to deal with that issue. But if you want a document that you can look up and study, please let me know privately. I think this board has the means to make that possible.
