I think my husband has me trained this way.

I too, have had years of fine tuning to get it right. I help out, but I get to pick what I help with.

Earl,how do you do it.? Mine bought me an apron for Christmas.

I thought that was just a natural male instinct to pretend to be bad at stuff so you get out of housework. I didn’t know it was a learned skill.

It’s an art.

Don’t think we women aren’t onto you. We know exactly what you’re doing and we get back in subtle little ways.

Earl asks if Opal want’s help. She denies his request. Later she will criticize him for now helping around the house. A husband can never win.

My wife said I should help more with the cleaning, so I bought her a new vacuum cleaner.

so he is teaching the the boy to be a loser….to be dependant on women….or just lazy….
