Honking is nice. But one sort of wonders what the geese will do if they discover impostors. Fly in the wrong direction?

A lot quicker for turtles to fly south for the winter.

Okay first off… It really isn’t any of your business what I do. Second, we don’t have an infestation of geese here so my feeding them especially where they are harms no one. However, your point is taken and understood. Lady used to live where there were an infestation of geese, I did not feed them nor even think of doing such as they are a problem there.

But sooner or later, that turtle is gonna have to fly point. That’s part of the deal.

When the turtle and bird read about the theory of gravity NO ONE is going to want to be below them. Since they can’t read I guess it’s safe.

Careful turtle— There are some hawks/eagles that pick up turtles by the top shell, go up several hundred feet, and then drop them on the rocks!

Canadian geese are becoming a nuisance here, too (Il.Mo, Ia) tri-state area. A pond was created when dirt was needed to build a freeway over pass. Thus, with the pond being between the freeway and the new hospital, they are safe from hunters. (Plus thousands of acres of corn fields!)
