REX MORGAN: The wife will be ok, but the Schwartzes may have to celebrate their 55th wedding anniversary in the hospital or ER; from my own experience, medical personnel rarely just walk away after reviving a patient.
APT3G: This time the review gets everything into perspective: If Evan gets kissed by the other woman, it’s all in business, so if he gives Margo that whammee of a kiss is that also for business?
MARY WORTH: Merry, Jim’s sister, is a DNA clone of Dawn. Could they be related?
SUNDAY PHANTOM: “Revenge in Rhodia,” cont. I wonder if we’ll see any more of that big brass bell? “That fellow” is Kit Walker – an interesting insight into how folks can get word to The Phantom.JUDGE PARKER: Given the circumstances, I am intrigued by Bea’s question. Do ya think she’s “interested”? Do ya think I may have been right, waaay back, when I suggested such an outcome…? Go Bea! MANDRAKE: Whoa!!! Is Tom Rivers a bigamist or is that a misprint? Back around 10/11, his wife’s name was Cindy, not Linda. REX MORGAN: Edna is coming around…perhaps it was just some bad clams.MARY WORTH: Separated at birth?ALLEY OOP: (last panel) So what did the Mayans know about the year 2012?
MARK TRAIL: I am privileged to serve as “staff” to a 7 lb. outdoor wild cat (she still hunts to supplement her Purina One & Fancy Feast – a mouse yesterday & a small green iguana this morning). I’m a Leo, so perhaps that explains my fascination with felines – small and large. The term Mark uses, “felid” was new to me, but apparently “felidae” is the term for the biological cat family and a member of the family is called a “felid.” Meow!!!
Rex Morgan – @Arye. Agreed.Phantom – @Florchi. Thanks. I didn’t know who he meant when he said “this fellow.”Mark Trail – I’ve always wanted a pet ocelot.Flash Gordon – What’s Dale in prison for?
FLORCHI: You mean the cat you "serve" is like an ocolet. According to Mark Trail there'e a difference between a wild cat and a domestic cat. I tried to paste Sunday's Mark Trail to my email, but I couldn't. can you paste it, if you know how, to either Benitin y Eneas or Fox Trot en espanol or to my email aryebhotmail.com? Thanks.
@DAVID, agreed: I’ve always wanted to play with, if not own, an ocelot. When I was at the Mexican Border near Guatamala there was a baby ocelot at a restaurant. I picked it up and brought it to my traveling friend and photographed it. It fought me as I held it just like a domestic cat would, but I know how to hold caats.
Mark Trail – I found it interesting that we get this Sunday info about felines in the middle of a story about a lioness.Judge Parker – Bubba seems less threatening now, but how will this all play out, especially when Sam and Bea reach them? Strange time to be asking about Avery’s marital status.Rex – I’m glad Edna is alright and it’s good to see Rex do some doctoring, but I can’t help feel that this has just been padding to draw out the main story.Mandrake – It was interesting to see a vintage strip the first week. The fourth week? Not so much.A3G – The summary didn’t include the passionate kiss between Evan and Margo. That will be repeated tomorrow. Nor did it include how Margo dismissed Skyler. Evan is Margo’s emplyee, therefore, Skyler is her client, too. I can’t get over how unprofessional she is.
Mary Worth – I guess it’s not unheard of for a family to have one child who is very blonde, and another who has dark hair but it seems a little unusual. What happened to Dawn’s mother? Maybe she had a second family and Merry was Dawn’s half-sister. Jim might be Dawn’s half-brother as well, or if from the father’s previous marriage, no relation. But the strong resemblance might cause brotherly, not romantic feelings. Or maybe we have more imagination than Karen Moy.
