Wow, look at the obscenely rarely used big brain on Cap! He actually planned how to defeat Mr. Negato without having to use violence. Just sic Ralston on him. Ralston’s clearly five times the sidekick for Cap than Scrappy ever was. Won’t be long though until Ralston quits
