No he is not! Baldo is an American of Hispanic heritage. Until we do away with the “hyphenated” Americans, we will always emphasize the differences among us, not the commonality. The best way to accept diversity is to ignore it. Treat everyone with respect and dignity.

Baldo says that he had only 30% of teachers assign extra reading during Hispanic Heritage month. Is that enough for him and others to do reading for Hispanic Heritage? I think it is not enough though. :-/
