I always slapped my fingers on the edge of the table, whichever one hit the table the hardest would be the answer I chose. Since my middle finger it longest, B tended to be the answer I guessed most often. If that is too complicated, try eenie meenie miny moe.
For multiple choice you use the second hand on a clock face (if you can find a digital clock). Think of the face in four quadrants, a, b, c, and d, and whichever quadrant the second hand is in when you look is your guess.
