Can’t be as bad as Mr. Kneecapper in that two- or three-day story from “Calvin and Hobbes.” As for that one female sub that lasted maybe a week in the same comic, that’s different.

Wow… that’s a REALLY old rerun. I’m used to Get Fuzzy doing strips from 3 years ago, but I think this is the first I’ve seen from Nate. No complaints, it was a good arc. ;-)

I had a really mean sub earlier this year.

The sub is calm.

AND!! Subbies got sideburns AND a sorta-ducktail!! Extra for an in-town run of GREASE, perhaps? Haw! HAW!!

I remember the day in middle school, coming into class and finding that there was a sub and the the sub was…my mom. I debated trying to call her Mrs - to try to hide from the other kids that, um, I knew this lady.

cool! this rerun is awesome

First three panels are the same picture, just different background. I’ve seen cartoonists draw people in the same positions using separate drawings. Never made sense to me. Smart move, Pierce. Changing backgrounds are also something I’ve noticed.

I hate reruns…
