The 24 hours of Le Mans sports car endurance race has been held since 1923! In 2011, Ludwick Marishane, a student at the University of Cape Town, South Africa, invented a gel that allows a person to bathe without access to clean water!

I’ve used the dry shampoo on some patients on the wards in my time. You work it in and later you comb it out again. Very useful in helping patients with their hygiene needs and a good way to help assessing how well or otherwise that patient is.

It may not be as good as a proper shampoo, but it’s better than nothing.

wow!—1923….you would think those cars have GOT to be pretty much worn out by now. are they allowed to install technological advances on the cars during their pit stops?

Maybe it’s because they’re street cars instead of stock cars made for that sort of driving.
