Gladys: Oh, dear!
Gladys: Just look at how they've downsized my favorite chocolate bar!
Gladys: Why couldn't they have downsized carrots or broccoli instead?
I do not mind that they make stuff smaller but they still keep the same size box . Look at fiber bars you can fit 4 more bars in the box wiht no problem. And my favorite chocolate covered cherries I go a box that use to hold 24 and only had 12 in it now with a lot of plastic

One of these days they will rename “Oreo’s Double Stuff” as just “Oreos”. That way, they can rename the current Oreos as “Diet Oreos”.

The reason companies cut back on sizes, isn’t to annoy us – really – it’s to cut the costs down, so they don’t have to raise prices.

If they don’t raise prices, or cut the size, they will go out of business. The cost of ingredients goes up.

I can’t resist, since I’m a nit-picker..If “it is smaller” – then it isn’t what you “used to pay a nickel for”! Right?.
