    “I ain’t religious, but isn’t that the sign of the devil they’re exchanging? Yes, I know, it’s supposed to be bull horns, but still… In a country where you get censored for not using “heck” and “darn” this seems strange…”

    As Mr. Blair pointed out, it’s a regional thing and confusing to outsiders. Coming from an American sports cartoonist, it makes sense. When W. made a habit of flashing it on state visits to foreign countries, it raised eyebrows…
