Son-of-a-gun, we haven’t seen her for quite a while!

No we haven’t , and things were a lot quieter on Ballard Street.

The ladies should be happy.

Didn’t even charge for the teeth cleaning or the nails.She’s such a good customer.Stel does her baths, though.

Let her eat cake.She is going to get it one way or the other.I have a little Maltese who just sit up on his back legs perfectly straight and no wiggle. He will hold that pose till he gets a treat. The chihuahau uses her out door voice indoors till she gets a treat too. I had a red heeler I thought could bark loud but the chihuahua is twice as loud and high pitched.

Thanks for getting the tea … I promise, you won’t be sorry, whenever you feel like drinking actual tea … and not just other stuff dunked in hot water, like herbs, dried grass or old tires.

I meant to ask #6 what “English Breakfast” tea means where he is…cos around here, you can get it in all sorts of brands and levels of quality, but mostly American made…and it’s usually not as good as English tea.

And I know… studio time is outRAGeous…I just wanted a little demo for voice-over work…some people who knew me from some telephone work were encouraging me to try…but…..hundreds of dollars, so I didn’t do it.

Red ….the people who wanted to help me with the voice stuff said I needed a professional recording…that was about …. mmm..maybe six years ago…Might be too late now…but do you think that’s not true these days?I don’t want to invest a fortune..but I’ve always heard you need better equipment to record music than just spoken words.

But there are all different brands of Earl Grey (just means tea with bergamot oil in it — personally, I dislike it) and “English Breakfast.”

Twinings makes both.What we get in the US used to be imported from England…. but I think now it’s made here, too…and any company that would make hazelnut chai is on my suspect list. LOL! I don’t like very many things to drink…. strange cos I eat everything.

I hate herb tea, snapple, many soft drinks, odd juices…maybe that’s why I only like plain, real tea.Hot.With milk.No sugar, no ice, no nothing else.And coffee, cola, a few juices.

And of course, add alcohol and my taste broadens.

And I meant o say, on a serious note…even if this isn’t the proper venue…I’m sorry about your brother.

I lost my only brother, three years younger, suddenly and unexpectedly, 4 years ago next month.

You don’t get over it…. in my case you even find out you were closer than you thought.

Monkey — Somehow I missed one of your posts…. musta been typing….Yeah, I didn’t say it too well…. but I figured they wanted thousands for your CD….

All I wanted was a CD of maybe 5 minutes of me speaking, doing some quick voice samples…. all by myself.

One place quoted about $600… cos of course I’d need their sound engineer and some post production services!

Just imagine adding half an hour to the recording, with set-up, several microphones, extra takes, mixing, etc.

Would have hit 10 grand easy, I bet.
