Well, some people aren’t all that verbal. My Dad expressed himself far better when he wasn’t trying to say anything than when he was.

I feel so sorry for poor Andy here.

My dad was kind of like that, but not THAT bad. That’s why I made a promise to myself when my kids were born, that they will never have to ask themselves if their dad loved them. They will have always known it.

@AndyMaybe if you’d just watch the game with your dad, you’d bond quicker. Join him in what he likes to do.

I wanted to be a contestant, but I was excluded when I said I wanted to give VANNA a spin, the heck with the wheel!

First it was Jeopardy, now Wheel of Fortune……then it will be Raw Wrestling! Ya know Andy, I think your dad doesn’t remember you anyway……

This is really a sad arc…..sad but true in far too many cases.

Seems like there’s nothing wrong with his hearing, this brings to mind Fred G. Sanford staying in the hospital ‘cause there’s a COLOR tv, and all he’s got is black & white at home.

Heheh. I understand, Andy. My Mom and Dad (both now departed) used to love WoF, too. When it came on (at 6:30 PM local) we’d all be sitting around the dinner table and watching the kitchen TV. But talking was allowed….

It’s almost time for Family Feud.

Tomorrow, everyone who believed all that “Mayan apocalypse” crap will be running to the mall to do their last-minute Christmas shopping.

I hope this storyline is over before Christmas- too sad for me! I’ve got enough going on here to be getting all sad over a comic. O_o
