It wasn’t like that during my youth. We had rifles used strcttly for hunting food. No type of gun control was required in those days.

I find myself wondering if they have/will rerun a certain Sunday strip in its proper place in order. Linus was sleeping over at Charlie Brown’s and was wondering how safe they were. CB beckons him to the window to see Snoopy on guard duty on top of the doghouse with (I think) a tripod-mounted machine gun!
