Gracie: Cut! Gracie: I don't think a show that grosses out the crew is gonna work.

Brain tacos aren’t terrible, actually. Intestines are rather nasty, and I haven’t had tongue or pigs feet, though.

Don’t think anyone can even sell beef brains anymore because of Mad Cow. And you don’t skin the tongue until after it’s cooked. Love ’em!
