Papa was always trying to get Scooter to pull him on his water skis and it NEVER worked.

True story over the weekend in Grand Junction, CO. Man and Choc Lab bird hunting, went out on ice in river to collect dead bird, man fell in up to neck and trying to shoo dog away so he does not fall in trying to “help”. Luckily rescuers were there within 1/2 an hour and all ended well.

The dog’s tail is hanging low and his head is down. To me, he’s saying “I didn’t mean it.”

Jerry is clearly looking at us.well, tell him to quit it, I just got out of my bubble bath….

Well there was this cat across the lake. It was with a squirrel.So I ummm took a short cut as it was ummmm too far to go around and I did not want to alert the cat. But papa kept yelling about the ummmmmm water so I had to sort of ummmmm lose him? So the squirrel would not be alerted.Did I do good mama?

She was the “Abby” of Dear Abby, but she was in her 90’s, and AFAIK had Alzheimer’s.

She retired long ago, and her daughter Jeanne has been writing the column.

I don’t think her passing would stop the comics.

When I refresh my comics page it opens on the Thursday strips…. but the site isn’t totally stuck, cos there’s a forward arrow to Friday’s page.

I’m surprised it didn’t open there when I refreshed…. though it’s just a list of comics that didn’t update.

I adore Red Dwarf….

But I’m not one of those people who remembers names and numbers of episodes of stuff….

But it was funny…

They go to a planet where everything happens backwards… so the drink comes out of them into the bottle…it gets kinda disgusting-like….

I ought to go to bed too…this would be a convenient time to get some sleep when I can’t feed my forum addiction….Yet here I am….

I watch pretty much NO TV…but for a while, old half-hour Red Dwarf episodes were shown once a week on the only channel I get.

I called it my must-see TV.

It’s gone… and I still only get one channel… so…. meh.

I’ve watched a few eps online… but I don’t like to tie up the computer…I might have something important to say on the comics, y’know.

I didn’t check any political cartoons….Other sites have new strips, so I know this gltch is just here.

I’m sure the cartoonists are thrilled… cos it looks like their syndicate site is down..But Universal, the owners of GoComics, are the ones delivering the content to sites like ArcaMax and Yahoo.

Anyway…. 2AM here….if things DO start updating soon, it’ll be too late for me to start going around the site…

I’m gonna call it a night.

X…. so jealous….sniffle.My neighborhood won’t even quite support 1.5 Mbps..My service is supposed to be 2.0 but they have to cap it at 1.44 so it doesn’t break all the time.

My sister up in Canada gets 6 Mbps and it’s just regular service.

One computer, 1 monitor….except I do have a smartphone, too.

Oh well.. there’s only one me… one pair of eyes, one pair of hands.
